The training regimen, designed by a team of three specialists including a NASA-affiliated biomechanics expert, placed Hrithik through a daily six-hour programme combining functional strength training, aerial gymnastics and underwater breath-control sessions at the Olympic pool in Mumbai.
What the photographs also reveal is the emotional weight behind the preparation. In one frame, Hrithik is seen sitting alone in the gym at 2 AM, ice packs on both shoulders, studying his own reflection with the quiet intensity of someone who has something profound to prove.
The Krrish 4 set, built across 11 soundstages at Filmistan Studios, features the most sophisticated VFX pipeline ever assembled for an Indian production.
